Innovation is something you do, not just something you look at.

MIST tells the story of Indian innovation since 1947 across fifteen sectors. Rather than a march of inventions, the galleries are organised by patterns that cut across sectors: innovating under scarcity and denial, the invisible institutional decisions that made things possible, the unsung innovators, and failure.

The museum is a public–private partnership between the Government of Karnataka and Unboxing Bangalore, and sits on the historic NGEF campus.
